Clermont Leisure (UK) Limited was established in 2005 and is part of the Malaysia based Hong Leong group. It is wholly owned by GuocoLeisure Limited and is a sister company to Guoman Hotels Limited and Thistle Hotels Limited.

In 2006, it acquired the world renowned Clermont Club situated in Berkeley Square in London's exclusive Mayfair. The Clermont Club has been brought back to its former glory and continues to entertain the most discerning casino clientele from around the world.

Casino licences are also held in Glasgow, Middlesbrough, Bradford and Wolverhampton.
